These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the wr999 platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services. Please read them carefully before registering or depositing. By creating a wr999 account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Only individuals aged 18 years or above may register and use wr999. Age is verified at registration and CNIC is required before first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be permanently closed and funds forfeited.
Each player is permitted one wr999 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances across all linked accounts.
All transactions on wr999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit is Rs 200 via JazzCash or Easypaisa. Withdrawal requests require completed KYC (CNIC verification) and are subject to the processing times stated in the Cashier section.
All wr999 bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering conditions are satisfied. wr999 reserves the right to cancel bonuses awarded in error.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), bonus abuse, money laundering, chargebacks, and any form of exploitation of software errors are strictly prohibited. wr999 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts involved in any prohibited activity.

1.1 By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the wr999 platform (accessible at wr999.app and any associated applications, including the Android APK), you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
1.2 These Terms apply to all services provided by wr999, including but not limited to: sports betting, live casino, online slots, fortune bingo, keno, crash games, and any other gaming or promotional activities made available on the platform from time to time.
1.3 wr999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register for and use the wr999 platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. wr999 may require documentary proof of age (including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC) at any time and will suspend or close accounts where age requirements are not satisfied.
2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the platform. wr999 does not provide legal advice. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk.
2.3 Excluded Persons. Employees, agents, directors, and contractors of wr999 and its affiliated entities, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to open player accounts or participate in any promotions.
3.1 To use the wr999 platform you must register for a single player account using accurate and complete information, including a valid Pakistani mobile number.
3.2 Each individual is permitted only one (1) registered account on wr999. Multiple accounts are prohibited. wr999 may close all accounts associated with a player found to hold multiple accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
3.3 You must provide truthful, current, and complete registration information. Any misrepresentation — including false identity, false age, or false location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles wr999 to immediately close the account and void all transactions.
3.4 KYC Verification. wr999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit a copy of your valid CNIC and any additional documentation wr999 reasonably requests. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified will result in withdrawal suspension.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wr999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.
4.2 You must not share your login credentials with any third party. wr999 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.3 You must notify wr999 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. wr999 will investigate promptly and may suspend the account pending investigation.
4.4 wr999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA is available to all registered players via account settings.
5.1 All deposits on wr999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may be set by wr999 from time to time and will be displayed in the Cashier section.
5.2 Accepted deposit methods currently include: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), and USDT TRC20. Available methods and processing times are displayed in the Cashier section and are subject to change.
5.3 Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. wr999 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party instruments and to close the account.
5.4 wr999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking infrastructure, or telecommunications networks.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC verification process (see Section 3.4). wr999 will not process withdrawals to accounts where KYC has not been completed.
6.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. wr999 may require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different instrument.
6.3 Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed in the Cashier section. wr999 targets processing within the timeframes stated but does not guarantee specific timelines where delays are caused by external parties.
6.4 Any pending wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before the associated balance can be withdrawn. Players may request withdrawal of their cash balance (excluding bonus funds) at any time, subject to KYC completion.
7.1 Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7.3 wr999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where wr999 reasonably believes a player is engaged in bonus abuse.
7.4 Bonuses are available to one (1) account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to claim multiple bonuses through multiple accounts or shared payment instruments will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in account closure.
8.1 All sports bets placed on wr999 are subject to the applicable sports rules, which are published in the betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
8.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by wr999, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player. wr999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including but not limited to bets placed on obviously incorrect odds caused by a system error or manual pricing error.
8.3 Maximum bet limits apply and are displayed at the point of bet placement. wr999 reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits where patterns of betting raise concerns about irregularity.
8.4 wr999 does not accept bets from players who have or may have access to non-public information relating to the outcome of any event. Such bets will be voided and the account will be reviewed for closure.
9.1 Casino games and live dealer tables on wr999 are subject to the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. These rules form part of these Terms.
9.2 All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on wr999 use independently certified random number generation. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by wr999 or the player after the fact.
9.3 In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session, any unsettled bets will be resolved according to the game state at the point of disconnection, as recorded in wr999's server logs, which shall be the definitive record.
9.4 Minimum and maximum bet amounts per game are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wr999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
11.1 wr999 may suspend or close a player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements, KYC failure, suspected fraud, or at the Player's own request.
11.2 Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance associated with the account (including bonus and cash balances) may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified cash balance will be returned to the player via the last used payment method.
11.3 Players may voluntarily close their wr999 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Self-exclusion options are available as an alternative to full closure — see Section 15.
12.1 All content on the wr999 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, and text — is the property of wr999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any wr999 platform content without the prior written consent of wr999.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wr999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
13.2 wr999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. wr999 will endeavour to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous access.
13.3 wr999's total liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to wr999 in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
14.1 The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the wr999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with wr999 you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
15.1 wr999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits within their account settings.
15.2 Self-exclusion is available to all registered Players. A Player who requests self-exclusion will have their account restricted for the period selected (minimum 24 hours, up to permanent exclusion). Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation.
15.3 wr999 will not knowingly permit access to the platform by any Player who has been self-excluded. It is the Player's responsibility not to attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new account.

16.1 wr999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the platform or via the email or mobile number associated with the Player's account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
16.2 If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
17.1 These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wr999 platform shall first be submitted to wr999 customer support for informal resolution.
17.2 wr999's decision on any dispute arising from the application of these Terms, game outcomes, or account-related matters shall, subject to any applicable regulatory oversight, be final.
